I am a U.S. Army Vietnam era veteran and retired Army Civilian with over 43 combined years of service. I am a widow of an Army veteran and Government civilian and we had the privilege of 48 years of marriage. I am a grandmother who believes that we should work hard to encourage the youth of America to understand their Constitution along with the rights and privileges that it bestows on them. We need to encourage them to be understand the opportunities that our nation gives them and to take full advantage of it.
